Yes, you need to register for an account to kick start your first purchase with us. This facilitates subsequent purchases, and helps you track order status.


  • Can I cancel my order after confirming it?


Unfortunately, confirmed orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

  • When can I received my parcel?


Based on your location, the delivery times may vary. Your estimated shipping time shown in the guidelines below:


West Malaysia: 3 - 5 Working Days

East Malaysia: 5 - 7 Working Days


  • How do I track and trace my order?


Tracking number will be provided by email and message. You may trace it via the link we emailed or messaged you. You can also trace it in http://www.citylinkexpress.com/my/tracking.aspx  by entering the tracking number. If you need more assistance, please contact us.


  • Do you ship internationally?


We mostly ship within Malaysia. However, you can contact us to look for international shipping assistance!


  • I haven’t received my parcel, what do I do?

Return:


  • Do you have return policy?


Yes, we do have return policy. We offer a 7 days return policy from the date you received your purchased item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition with its original packaging and proof of purchase/consignment notes as when it first arrived. All returned shipping cost shall be borne by buyer unless the return is due to our fault or damaged good. You can read more via Refund Policy.


  • Can I return something I bought at store?


Yes, you can also apply the same route of return policy on your store purchased item. Just kindly notify us before you post back your purchased item in original condition.


  • What do I do if the item I received is damaged/defective?


In the unlikely event this occurs please contact us ASAP to discuss the exchange or refund details.


  • How long does the process take?


Please expect between 7 to 14 working days from the date product received at our store for the process to be completed.
